Hi there, I know I’ve been on a little hiatuses. And if you saw my social media you would know that I’m taking a little break. A much needed mental health break from the pressures of social media. So if you too need a break from the social norms of the internet, do it. And here are some affirmations, and tips I’ve learned along the way.
I’m still using my blog as a creative space for me to work through these pivotal moments of figuring myself out. But in order to come back better than ever with a clear mind I had to put my needs, wants and mind first for a change.
